      Sourdough bread is usually made with wheat flour. While it has less gluten than other breads, it still does contain gluten and might not be appropriate for people with gluten sensitivity. It is absolutely not okay for people with celiac disease. There are non-wheat sourdough alternatives that would be better options for gluten sensitive individuals.
